PATHETIC and DISGRACEFUL: #Cameron plays politics at Cenotaph wreath laying (#politics #UK @UKLabour #Tories)

cenotcamWell – we are shocked, angry, and disgusted at the latest political antic by Cameron and his cronies.

On a day when the sacrifices made by millions of ordinary men and women during World War One is to be acknowledged and respected, Cameron pulls a political stunt to make himself look more important than anyone else.

The wreath laying ceremony at the Cenotaph in Glasgow was turned into a political circus ring by the government organisers who denied the opposition leader of the Labour Party, Ed Miliband, and the Coalition Deputy Prime Minister, Liberal Democrat’s Nick Clegg, the opportunity to write their own messages on the wreaths they were laying.

Both Miliband and Clegg were handed their wreaths moments before they laid them, and attached to both were scrawled notes in the same handwriting written by one of Cameron’s cronies.

Cameron, on the other hand, was given his wreath label in plenty of time to write a personal message in his own handwriting.

At a time when everyone – regardless of politics – should be permitted to pay their respects to those who lost their lives in the most horrific conditions, Cameron and his bunch of idiots show no respect whatsoever. To them it is merely another opportunity for political posturing and to engage in a most disrespectful affront to every British citizen.

We don’t like repeating ourselves, but again we shouldn’t be surprised that a sombre event has been turned into a political farce more resemblant of the television comedy ‘Yes Prime Minsiter’.

Cameron has previously caused outrage as he said that World War One was to be ‘celebrated’ and the deaths of millions of people were to be ‘celebrated’ – where on earth does he get the idea that the mass slaughter of ordinary people from all sides because of idiots like him are to be celebrated?

If Cameron had any concept of the reality of war and conflict perhaps this over-privileged spoiled brat would have more respect for those who have actually done something which they believed they needed to do at the time to protect others.

Common decency should dictate to anyone with an ounce of humanity that this event is neither the time nor place to air political views or to engage in such childish behaviour.

Obviously Cameron has no decency whatsoever in him – he couldn’t even be bothered to wear a black tie – and every event is an opportunity for him to promote his own nasty egotistical self, and engage in an annoyingly false PR exercise in front of the media.

We have to give credit where credit is due, and Miliband and Clegg showed respect by not making a fuss and lay their wreaths.

As for Cameron, we can see right through him, and the best way we can find to describe the pathetic game he played today – on a day of respect is – TREASONOUS.

There are no depths that Cameron & the Tories will stoop to in order to make a political point. However, its nice to see it backfire in their collective Bullingdon faces making them look more heartless & devious on what was such a poignant & solemn occasion.
